By taking advantage our our newly expanded 30,000 Sq Ft fabrication shop we are able to provide our clients with pre-fabricated skids and modules built to our clients specifications and our exacting standards.
Skids
The skids are complete units that are pre-assembled and then set in place with all necessary engineering, piping, actuation, electrical controls and tubing. These include: Flow Control skids, Bi-directional Ultrasonic Meter skids and Rotary Meter Buildings. Not only a significant time and cost saver for our clients but the peace of mind knowing they have a product built to their exacting standards.
Modules
The modules consist of fabricated piping affixed to a structure, which is then shipped as one unit and bolted or welded together once it arrives on the job site, thus minimizing the amount of field work required on a project. The advancement of modular fabrication has allowed for more of the project work to take place in a controlled environment, which allows tighter schedule requirements to be met.
